    The will of Eleazer Carter of Wilmington, Mass., dated April 4, 1789, proved June 3, 1789, mentions wife Lydia; grandchildren, Moses and Lydia Noys ; son-in-law, Moses Noys ; dau. Lydia, wife of Moses Noys, late deceased, and only son, Eleazer.
    The following is also one of the provisions of the above will : “Item. My will is and I order my son, Eleazer Carter, his heirs, etc., to provide one good cow and two good sheep and keep them well for the use of his mother so long as she remains my widow. Also eight cords of wood annually at the door and cut fit for the fire; two barrels of Cyder, two bushels of malt; six bushels of Indian meal; six bushels of Rye meal; ten score of Pork; sixty pounds of Beef; one bushel of salt; two gallons of molasses; ten pounds sugar; 12 shilling of money and a horse to ride as she may have occasion and also to provide doctors and nurses in time of sickness and after her decease, to give her a decent burial.”

Eunice died in Sudbury, MA, on 13 Apr 1770; she was 37.124
