    Thomas Temple, joiner; settled in Woburn (Wood End); he bought in Framingham 1 Dec 1742 the farm of Jonathan Jackson, north of school house No. 7, 168 acres, bounded by Timothy Strearns, John Trowbridge, Joseph Berry, and Nathaniel Wilson, where he lived ten years; he bought 2 Mar 1752 of Caleb Bridges the William P. Temple place at Salem End; selectman; town treasurer; member of the Convention at Faneuil Hall Sep 1768; a leading member of the Second Congreatational Church.

On 26 Sep 1776 when Hepzibah was 54, she third married Timothy Pratt (33720) , son of John Pratt (29 Dec 1665-15 Nov 1744) & Sarah Batchelder (15970) (9 Jul 1670-4 Jul 1751).285 Born on 28 Mar 1702 in Reading, MA. Timothy died in Reading, MA, on 3 Feb 1789; he was 86. Buried in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Reading.

Timothy first married Tabitha Boutwell, second Abigail, and third Hepzibah (Hartshorn) (Nichols) Temple, widow of Joshua Nichols and Thomas Temple.
