Grindall served in the Revolutionary War, and in the War of 1812 he held the rank of Captain with the Vermont Militia. He resided at Grand Isle, VT.420
In 1789 Grindall first married Dorcas Landon, daughter of Benjamin Landon (8 Mar 1743/4-20 Jun 1817) & Jerusha Woodruff (20 Feb 1744/5-27 Dec 1803).420 Born on 25 Apr 1774 in Litchfield, CT. Dorcas died in Grand Isle County, Vermont, on 15 Apr 1811; she was 36.420

53341. Constant Reynolds. Born on 10 Oct 1765 in Bristol, RI. Constant was baptized on 21 Sep 1766.328 Constant died in Hanover, Jackson County, Michigan, on 29 Sep 1840; he was 74.

Constant moved to Pierrpont, NY, before going to Michigan.
On 8 Jan 1792 when Constant was 26, he married Margaret Graham, daughter of John Graham (ca 1720-ca 1819) & Catherine McMillan (ca 1728-1814), in South Hero, Grand Isle County, Vermont. Born on 12 Sep 1773 in Amherst, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Margaret died in Spring Harbor, MI, on 29 Jul 1849; she was 75.
