    Isaac lived in Orange and Barre, Mass., West Rush and Perry, N. Y., Charlestown and finally Columbus, Ind. (1821) . He served in Holman’s and Rufus Putnam’s regiments in the Revolution, and was present at the battle of Harlem and White Plains, was in the Jersey campaign, and at the surrender of Burgoyne.
On 25 Oct 1781 when Isaac was 21, he married Martha Holden (45926) , daughter of Capt. Aaron Holden (26951) (26 Jan 1731/2-30 Sep 1802) & Anna Clark (65099) (19 Aug 1738-26 Nov 1818), in Barre, MA.155 Born on 7 Oct 1760 in Barre, MA.155
