Born on 23 May 1770 in Francestown, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Rebecca died in Newbury, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, on 6 Mar 1857; she was 86.285

On 19 May 1803 when Benjamin was 31, he married Alice Jenkins (59714) , daughter of Obadiah Jenkins (49559) (14 May 1751-3 Oct 1833) & Lucy Parker (19 Oct 1753-12 Jun 1834), in Stoddard, Cheshire County, New Hampshire.285 Born on 16 May 1789 in Stoddard, Cheshire County, New Hampshire.

Alice married second a Mr Ring.285

Benjamion and Alice were second cousins. His paternal grandmother and her paternal grandfather were siblings.

On 2 May 1792 Sarah married Daniel Gordon in Hillsborough, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.

Elizabeth married Archibald McClintock. Born ca 1781 in New Hampshire. Archibald died aft 1850.

On 17 Feb 1803 Lucy L. married Jonathan Johnson, son of William Johnson (30 Nov 1752-10 May 1841) & Rachel Tewksbury, in Newbury, Merrimack County, New Hampshire. Born ca 1778 in Newbury, Orange County, Vermont. Jonathan died in Dracut, MA on 3 Apr 1837.
