This one was the daughter of Elisha and Lydia (Holden) Turner, and she married Samuel Turner, son of Israel and Mercy (Oakman) Turner, in 1828 as his second wife. This other Lydia was the daughter of Elisha and Lydia (Briggs) Turner, and she married Samuel Adams Turner, son of Charles and Hannah (Jacob) Turner, in 1814.)

Although Samuel and Lydia shared the surname Turner, they were only remotely related.
