Charging extreme cruelty, Mrs. Luvice Bliss has started divorce proceedings in the circuit court agains Dewey G. Bliss. She declares that until recently he drank to excess and that he was abusive and used personal violence toward here. Seh also declares that he associated with other women. They were married June 8, 1912, and lived together until April 2, 1915. They have no children. William R. Franklin is attorney for Mrs. Bliss.
