    Mrs. Lulee Liston, 85, died here at 8:30 a.m. today at the residence of her son, George Liston, 216 Ninth St., after a brief illness. She had been making her home with her son for the past five years.
    Born Nov. 7, 1875 in Greersville, Ohio, she spent most of her life in Polk, Ohio, and Ashland, Ohio. She was a member of Polk Methodist Church.
    Surviving is another son, Casper P. Liston of Ashland, two daughters, Mrs. Mary C. Spindler of Marietta, Ohio, and Miss Elizabeth M. Liston of Akron; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Cote of Erie, Mich., and Mrs. Bertha Grassbaugh of Dansville, Ohio, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    Friends may call at Emmerich Funeral Home, 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst, after 7 p.m. today. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Elmore Y. Liston of York Succumbs
Rites were held in the Waite funeral home Thursday afternoon for Elmore Y. Liston, 85, of York township. Rev. Willard A. Guy was in cahrge and burial was inthe Mallet Creek Cemetery.
Mr. Liston, a farmer, thresher and saw mill operator, was a native of Hayesville and moved to Medina county in 1916. He died Tuesday morning at Medina Community hospital, where he had been a patient for six days.
Surviving are five children, Charles and Jesse of York, Mrs. Elva Stotts of Medina, Earl of Wadsworth and Lewis of Chippewa Lake; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one brother, Dan of Ashland, and two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Harp and Miss Deila Liston, both of Ashland
