OBITUARY Esther Hamelink, aged 88, of Grand Rapids, passed away on January 22, 2008. She was preceded in death by her son Gary Hamelink. Esther is survived by her husband of over 70 years, Wilbur; children, Bill Hamelink, Don (Nancy) Hamelink, George “Bob” (Shirley) Hamelink,Lawrence (Karen) Hamelink, Joyce (Dan) Hamelink, and Janice Mancuso; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and brother, George Sietsema. Esther and Wilbur shared a love and were active in Polka dancing for over 70 years together. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, 851 Leonard St. NW. Friends may feet the family on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Grandville Cemetery.
