John’s will was dated 9 Nov 1694, probated 16 Apr 1696. It mentions his wife Sarah; son-in-law Stehpen West & wife Mercey my daughter; Jonathan Delano; grandson Thomas Taber; granddaughter Hester Perry.
On 28 Mar 1634 John married Sarah Warren (3079) , daughter of Richard Warren (1270) (ca 1578-1628) & Elizabeth Walker (ca 1583-[2]2 Oct 1673), in Plymouth, MA.62 Born ca 1614 in England.31 Sarah died aft 15 Jul 1696.188

Sarah came to New England on the Anne in 1623 with her mother and four sisters.

Ca 1627/8 Jane married Experience Mitchell, son of Thomas Mitchell & Margrite Williams, in Plymouth, MA. Born ca 1603/1609. Experience died in Bridgewater, MA bet 1684 and 1689.

Experience immigrated to America in 1623 on the third ship from Leydon to Plymouth, the Anne. He was one of the people in Lot 1, along with John Cooke, when the cows and goats were equally divided in Plymouth on May 22, 1627. He was one of the Purchasers and on the 1633 Freeman list. He later moved to Duxbury and was there by 1639/40. He was a highway surveyor and served on various juries. On June 7, 1659, he was fined ten shillings for refusing to serve on the grand jury. When his will was written, he was living in the town of Bridgewater. He also owned land in Middlebury.

Jacob Cooke was born in Holland and came over in the Ann with his mother and sisters in 1623, three years after his father arrived in the Mayflower.


Jacob’s will, dated 11 Dec 1675, exhibited 8 Mar 1676, names wife Elizabeth, three youngest daughters, eldest son Caleb, son Jacob, brother John Tomson, brother Wright, son Francis, six daughters, cozen Daniel Wilcockes. Inventory 18 Dec 1675.252
Shortly After 10 Jun 1646 Jacob first married Damaris Hopkins (2728) , daughter of Stephen Hopkins (1201) (ca 1580-bet 6 Jun and 17 Jul 1644) & Elizabeth Fisher (-early 1640s), in Plymouth, MA.16 Born ca 1628 in Plymouth, MA.16 Damaris died in Plymouth, MA bet Oct 1666 and Nov 1668.31
