From Temple’s History of Framingham:359
    John Death, “dwelling near unto sudbury,” bought 29 Sep 1673 of Benjamin Rice, for £40, “secured by bond,” one half of the 80 acre tract, near the Beaver Dam, granted to Edmund Rice. He was in Topsfield till 1677, when he settled on his purchase at or near the Joseph Phipps place. From proximity to Sherbourne, he had civil and ecclesiastical rights there; and, after 1700, was reckoned an inhabitant of Framingham, where he was taxed 30 Mar 1772; he gave a deed of all his estate to his son-in-law, Samuel How, on condition that said How should support himself and wife, and pay off the heirs.

Daniel and Hannah lived at Salem Village. Daniel’s second wife Elizabeth Peabody was the half-neice of his first wife Hannah Peabody.

Nathaniel married Frances Hoyt, daughter of John Hoyt (ca 1638-13 Aug 1696) & Mary Barnes (ca 1639-aft 1704). Born ca 1672. Frances died in Andover, MA 25 Feb 1748/9.
