In his will, proved 2 Mar 1704, Benjamin provided for wife Patience, and left legacies to sons Benjamin and Thomas. He also refers to his mother Elizabeth Jones, and to his late father Robert Jones, and directed that any portion of their estate which may fall to him, be divided between his wife and children. Witnesses: Samuel Eells, Joseph Easterborrk, Stephen Andrews, and John Leavitt.45
