William and Abigail were first cousins; his father and her mother were siblings.

On 21 Aug 1705 when Dorothy was 41, she first married Samuel Dayton, son of Robert Dayton (ca 1628-16 Apr 1712) & Elizabeth Woodruff.449 Born ca 1666.449 Samuel died in Easthampton, Long Island on 25 Jan 1746.449

Hannah married Capt. William Booth. William died in Southold, Suffolk County, New York on 11 Mar 1723.

On 24 Jun 1689 when Mary was 19, she married John Gardiner, son of David Gardiner (29 Apr 1636-10 Jul 1689) & Mary Leringham, in Southold, Suffolk County, New York. Born on 19 Apr 1661 in Hartford, CT. John died in Groton, CT, on 25 Jun 1738; he was 77.

John first married Mary King; second Sarah (Chandler) Coit, widow of Willian Coit; third Elizabeth Allen; and fourth Elizabeth Hodges.
