sea. Two salt marsh lotts Bounded south by the sea, north by
the 8 rod highway and small part on brother William Briggs
west on the salt marsh and part by Brother.

To two sons Joseph and Jeremiah Briggs and child my wife is now
bigg with, if a son all remainder of my farm of 120 acres.
Bounded east by Israel Shaw, west by the land given to William
