Jonathan lived on the place now [1887] occupied by the Rattan Works. He sold out his paternal homestead and removed to Lynnfield.118

His epitaph: “The Righteous are taken away from ye Evil to come, while ye liveing lay it not to their Harts/The Memory of the Just is Blessed.”144
