After Jospeh’s death, Mary married a Mr. Freeman. On 2 Dec 1761 Thomas Hamilton was appointed guardian of Hezekiah and Mary, the two surviving children.254

Say 1744 Mary first married Joseph Doane (19706) , son of Eld. Hezekiah Doane (7103) (last week of Aug 1672-1752) & Mary Smith (-bet 1742 and 1744). Born ca 1721. Joseph was baptized in Truro, MA, on 13 Aug 1721.254 Joseph died bef Oct 1755.

On 27 Oct 1755 Mary second married Samuel Freeman (31092) , son of Thomas Freeman (13841) (11 Oct 1676-9 Feb 1716) & Mary Smith (-bet 1742 and 1744), in Trinity Church, Newport. Born on 8 Aug 1715 in Harwich, MA. Samuel died in Liverpool, Queens County, Nova Scotia, on 4 Apr 1783; he was 67.
