On 18 Oct 1764 Eunice married Capt. Caleb Gilbert (38241) , son of Daniel Gilbert (15 Nov 1697-1753) & Sarah Todd (18834) (2 Nov 1698-), in Second Congregational Society, New Haven.56,55 Born in Oct 1733 in New Haven, CT.55 Caleb died in Apr 1801.55

Caleb served in the French and Indian War, Sep to Dec 1755 in the 7th Co., 2nd Regt.; Apr to Dec 1756 in the 1st Co., 3rd Regt.; Mar to Nov 1757 in the 2nd Co., Col. Lyman's Regt.; and Mar to Nov 1758 as Sergt. in the 1st Co., 2nd Regt. In the Revolutionary War, he was Capt. in the 2nd Militia Regt.6

Administration on Caleb’s estate was granted 3 Aug 1801 to his widow Eunice and son Eldad. Mutual agreement of the heirs, 26 Oct 1810: Widow Eunice Gilbert, the daughter Ennice Goodsell, the danghter Anne Thomas and Asa Thomas her husband, and Eldad Gilbert.6
