On 11 Dec 1734 when Fear was 16, she married Nehemiah Sturtevant (46750) , son of Nehemiah Sturtevant (28264) (ca 1681-22 Aug 1744) & Ruth Sampson (22 Dec 1684-May 1766), in Plympton, MA.171 Born on 18 Nov 1710 in Plympton, MA.265 Nehemiah died in Kent, CT, on 18 Apr 1774; he was 63.

Nehemiah resided in Halifax; in 1749 or 1759 settled in Lebanon CT; the next year moved to Kent (Warren) CT; bought 100 acres of land from Wm Burnham, north of old Russell Carter farm and running to the present line between Kent and Warren.171

Israel and Priscilla (Cushman) Holmes had at least two children:
i. Sarah Holmes, b. 1 May 1742; and
ii. Priscilla Holmes, bp. 24 Jun 1744.171

On 6 Sep 1739 when Priscilla was 19, she married Israel Holmes, son of Rev. Isaac Holmes, in Plympton, MA.171

28868. Isaac Cushman. Born on 29 Sep 1721 in Plympton, MA.265 Isaac died in Plympton, MA in Oct 1721.265

28869. Abigail Cushman. Born on 31 Dec 1722 in Plympton, MA.265 Abigail died in Plympton, MA, on 8 Feb 1784; she was 61.171

Gideon and Abigail resided in Plympton. Abigail was a member of the church. “Was an excellent school mistress.” No issue.171

On 31 Dec 1741 when Abigail was 19, she married Gideon Sampson (48850) , son of George Sampson (10 Mar 1690/1-6 Feb 1774) & Hannah Soule (31588) (18 Mar 1696/7-22 Sep 1776), in Plympton, MA.171 Born on 15 Oct 1719 in Plympton, MA.265 Gideon died in Duxbury, MA, on 30 Oct 1794; he was 75.171
