On 13 Nov 1740 when Mary was 22, she married Nathaniel Morton (13616) , son of Thomas Morton (4647) (ca 1667-bef 12 Sep 1748) & Martha Doty (10062) (9 Jul 1671-between 26 Aug 1741 and 12 Sep 1748), in Plymouth, MA.186 Born on 2 Oct 1710 in Plymouth, MA.63 Nathaniel died aft 4 Jan 1779.332

Samuel was probably the Samuell Ellis who served in Col. Moulton’s 3d massachusetts Regiment at Cape Breton Island in 1745.186

On 25 Jan 1753 Samuel married Lydia Lobdell (48221) , daughter of Ebenezer Lobdell (1 Nov 1694-18 Mar 1747/8) & Lydia Shaw (30574) (2 Nov 1697-15 Aug 1745), in Plympton, MA.186 Born on 4 Jun 1733 in Plympton, MA.186 Lydia died in Plymouth, MA, on 18 Sep 1779; she was 46.186
