On 8 Jan 1776 when Esther was 39, she second married Capt. Samuel Mower (58730) , son of Samuel Mower (26 Sep 1689-8 May 1760) & Elizabeth Sprague (47573) (11 Oct 1691-), in Lancaster, MA. Born on 18 Oct 1720 in Malden, MA. Samuel died in Worcester, MA, on 24 Jan 1784; he was 63.

Samuel first married Comfort Learned; second Sarah (Trask) Leech, widow of Samuel Leech; and third Esther (Kittredge) Locke, widow of Josiah Locke.

Ca 1794 Esther third married Francis Eager (43446) , son of Bezaleel Eager (40588) (22 Dec 1713-31 Oct 1787) & Persis Ward (23738) (14 Apr 1718-1 Oct 1768). Born on 8 Jan 1738 in Westboro, MA. Francis died in Northboro, MA, on 26 Jul 1810; he was 72.
