2 Feb 1761(?) Dolly married Capt. James Jaquith (50177) , son of Dea. Benjamin Jaquith (33084) (27 Jun 1716-29 Aug 1801) & Hannah Walker (35473) (22 Sep 1718-20 Feb 1801), in Billerica, MA.164 The marriage date for James and Dolly is probably incorrect. 1771 makes more sense. Born on 31 Mar 1745 in Wilmington, MA.399 James died in Wilmington, MA in Jul 1831.164 Buried in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.

James bequeathed his entire estate to his two surviving daughters Dolly Harnden and Hannah Buck.164
