James first married Dolly Richardson (43361) , daughter of Samuel Richardson (42038) (23 Dec 1708-27 Aug 1798) & Hannah Walker (23592) (16 Oct 1715-), in Billerica, MA.164 The marriage date for James and Dolly is probably incorrect. 1771 makes more sense. Born on 11 Aug 1749 in Billerica, MA.164 Dolly died in Wilmington, MA, on 30 Oct 1808; she was 59.399 Buried in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.

James second married Sarah [Jaquith]. Born ca 1750. Sarah died in Wilmington, MA on 29 May 1828.164 Buried in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.

On 29 Mar 1770 when Judith was 20, she first married Samuel Coggin (51981) , son of Joseph Coggin (35158) (1 Sep 1713-aft Mar 1780) & Mary (-aft Mar 1780), in Wilmington, MA.399 Born 28 Feb 1744/5 in Reading, MA.81 Samuel was baptized in Wakefield Congregational Church, on 3 Mar 1745.498 Samuel died bef Mar 1778.

Paul Cook, gent., and Siears Cook, yeoman, both of Wilmington, conveyed to Samuel Coging, of Wilmington on 14 Jan 1772, recorded 9 Mar 1779 (Deeds 80:123). The administrators of Eleazer Flagg conveyed to Samuel Coggin, of Wilmington, blacksmith, on 24 Jun 1777, recorded 9 Mar 1779 (Deeds 110:459). Also Samuel sold to his brother Joseph on 21 Apr 1772, recorded 25 Apr 1780 (Deeds 80:532).32

On 19 Apr 1782 when Judith was 32, she second married Dea. Ebenezer Thompson (43390) , son of William Thompson (23615) (28 Oct 1730-May 1808) & Abigail Jones (50093) (29 Jun 1729-15 Sep 1757), in Wilmington, MA.399 Born on 21 May 1755 in Wilmington, MA.399 Ebenezer died in Wilmington, MA, on 31 Oct 1828; he was 73.399 Buried in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.

Ebenezer and Judith were both of Wilmington when they married.

On 28 Jul 1778 when Nathan was 22, he married Anna Crosby (63534) , daughter of Hezekiah Crosby (57151) (31 Jan 1732/3-26 Jul 1817) & Anna Whiting (29 Mar 1736-26 Feb 1764), in Wilmington, MA.399 Born on 11 May 1754 in Billerica, MA.430 Anna died in Medford, MA in Jul 1830.164

Nathan was of Wilmington and Anna of Billerica when they married.

On 13 Dec 1781 when Hannah was 22, she married Nathaniel Morrill (55075) , son of Rev. Isaac Morrill (20 May 1718-17 Aug 1793) & Dorothy Ruggles (39295) (7 Jan 1721/2-20 May 1804), in Wilmington, MA.399 Born on 22 Apr 1757 in Wilmington, MA.164 Nathaniel died on 23 Oct 1828; he was 71.164
