Michael served in the French and Indian War, from Sep to Dec 1755 in the 7th Co., 2nd Regt.; Apr to Nov 1757 in the 2nd Co., Col. Lyman's Regt.; from Mar to Nov 1758 in the 1st Co., 2nd Regt, and in the same company in 1759. He was killed while resisting Tryon’s Invasion of New Haven. Administration on Michael’s estate was granted Oct 1779 to his widow “Betha.” Distribution made to the widow, Naomey, Tryphene, and Rhoda.6
