    Dec. 2, 1805, he was appointed Adm'r on the estate of Peleg Rogers Jr., son of Peleg^4.
    July I, 1845, John Ford was appointed Adm'r of the estate of Timothy Rogers, “the next of kin, Arthur Rogers,” declining to be appointed, and requesting the appointment of Ford. Arthur Rogers was the oldest son of Isaac^5, son of Peleg^4.
    He left no real estate, and his personal property was appraised at $70.00, which was paid over to creditors for expenses of last sickness and funeral; among these creditors were Lydia Lewis, Susanna Keen, and Benjamin Keen.
    Oct. 16, 1807, his interest in his wife’s real estate and real estate of his own, were levied upon, on an execution in favor of Nathaniel Rogers of Lincolnville, Maine, whose agent, George Little, conveyed, Oct. 15, 1808, to Benjamin Keen, so much of the real estate levied upon as Timothy had purchased of Stephen Keen. Born on 30 Dec 1765 in Marshfield, MA. Christiana died in Marshfield, MA, on 4 Oct 1821; she was 55. Buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Marshfield.

Born on 9 Oct 1775 in Scituate, MA. Susan died in Marshfield, MA, on 7 Oct 1853; she was 77. Buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Marshfield.
