All were born in Michigan. Other boarders appear to be: Thomas Mc Gaughlin, 24, born in Michigan and a Railroad Engineer; and Morris Cashin, 25, born in Ireland and a laborer.

In the Second Ward in 1870, is Henry Joyce, 38, a shoemaker who was born in England. Ann is 29, keeping house and was born in Ireland. Albert is seven, William is three and Henry is one. Albert and William were born in New York and Henry in Michigan.
