611. James Chilton. Born bef 1553 in Canterbury, Kent.31 James died in Provincetown, Cape Cod Harbour on 8 Dec 1620.31 Occupation: tailor.

James, with his wife and daughter Mary, were passengers in the Mayflower. James’s wife is frequently clamed to be Susanna, or Susanna Furner, but without justification. His wife died early in 1621.
