On 19 Dec 1654 Mary married Capt. Josiah Standish, son of Capt. Myles Standish (ca 1584-3 Oct 1656) & Barbara, in Marshfield, MA.60 “Josias Standish and mary Dingly were maried the .19. of December. 1654”. Born ca 1633 in Plymouth, MA. Josiah died in Preston, CT 19 Mar 1689/90.

Josiah lived awhile in East Bridgewater; moved to Duxbury about 1686, and later moved to Norwich, CT.401
6099. Sarah Dingley. Born ca 1639 in poss. Sandwich, MA. Sarah died in Marshfield, MA on 7 May 1727.343 Buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Marshfield.
On 4 Nov 1658 Sarah married Dea. William Ford (6124) , son of William Ford (2458) (ca 1604-Sep 1676) & Anna (-Aug or Sep 1684), in Marshfield, MA.60 “William fford Juniour & Sarah Dingly were maried The 4 of november 1658”. Born ca 1634 in Marshfield, MA.42 William died in Marshfield, MA 7 Feb 1721/2.343 Buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Marshfield.

He established the mill known as Dunham’s Mill on the stream at the turn of the road on Plain Street.42

William was out on serv. in the first day of Philip’s hostility, 24 Jun 1675.25

Ca 1660 Hannah married Josiah Keen, son of John Keen (ca 1578-14 Nov 1649) & Martha (-ca 1738).188 Born in London, England. Josiah died bef 15 Sep 1710.188

Josiah first married Abigail Little, second Hannah Dingley.

Apparently this is the Josias Keene who came on the Confidence in 1638 with his mother Martha Keen. See TAG 63:122 for comments on his pruported father.188

In 1666 Josias was elected surveror of highways for Marshfield, and in 1667 constable for Marshfield. He moved to Duxbury some time later. On 12 Sep 1707 Josiah Kein Sr. and four of his sons shared in the division of the commons in Duxbury.188

Ca 1666 Jacob married Elizabeth Newton (11815) , daughter of Richard Newton (-24 Aug 1701) & Anne Loker (3979) (ca 1605-5 Dec 1697).210 Born ca 1650.401 Elizabeth died in Marshfield, MA on 30 Mar 1718.60 Buried in Marshfield, MA.

From the will of Elizabeth’s father, Richard Newton: “unto each of my two daughters, namely Elizabeth Dingley, sen^r ... I bequeath Two Shillings, and no more, because I have given a portion to each already, these shillings shall be paid ... within Two months after my decease.”401
