    The fullest investigation of the history of this family gives very unsatisfactory results.
    His first wife had been previously married, but to whom has not been ascertained. The Pembroke record has an entry, made after her second marriage, “Jeannette, second daughter of Sarah Rogers, and daughter-in-law of Timothy Rogers, born in Pembroke, Oct. 9, 1708.”
    It appears by a deed (B. LXXVI, p 247), that he had moved to Middleboro before 17 17, but the record of that town gives nothing more than the second marriage.
    Josiah Keen, of Duxbury, in his will, d. May 28, 1695, p. Sept. 15, 17 10, mentions sons, Josiah, John, Ephraim and Matthew, and four daughters, names not given.

Ca 1702 Elizabeth married John Bishop, son of James Bishop (ca 1645-6 Dec 1715) & Mary Hudson (ca 1646-30 Jun 1740), in Pembroke, MA. Born on 28 Apr 1677 in Duxbury, MA. John died in Pembroke, MA in Feb 1756.

On 13 Dec 1705 when Abigail was 20, she married Hudson Bishop, son of James Bishop (ca 1645-6 Dec 1715) & Mary Hudson (ca 1646-30 Jun 1740), in Scituate, MA.52 Born ca 1679 in Duxbury, MA. Hudson died in Jul 1758.

Hudson first married Abigail Keen, second Elizabeth, and third Abigail Stetson.
