On 5 Dec 1754 when Bethiah was 21, she married Abner Ford (26765) , son of William Ford (13948) (Sep 1696-) & Hannah Truant, in Marshfield, MA. Born on 8 Nov 1724 in Marshfield, MA. Abner died aft 1800.

13988. Gideon Sampson. Born on 25 Feb 1734/5 in Duxbury, MA. Gideon died in Pembroke, MA, on 20 Aug 1814; he was 79.

On 19 Mar 1772 when Gideon was 37, he first married Kezia Carver (26763) , daughter of William Carver (13996) (29 Oct 1685-10 Jan 1764) & Abigail Branch (13945) (1 Feb 1692[/3]-), in Marshfield, MA. Born on 8 Jan 1737/8 in Marshfield, MA. Kezia died in Duxbury, MA, on 27 Aug 1791; she was 53. Marriage intention published on 21 Oct 1771 at Marshfield, MA.

On 25 Mar 1789 when Gideon was 54, he second married Millicent Bates (26813) , daughter of Comfort Bates (27632) (2 Mar 1691/2-ca 1756) & Millicent Carver (14004) (26 Nov 1707-), in Marshfield, MA. Millicent died ca 1805. Marriage intention published on 23 Jun 1778 at Marshfield, MA.
