16710. Samuel Green. Born in Jan 1667 in Malden, MA.216 Samuel died in Malden, MA in 1758.215 Occupation: Weaver.

From the Descendants of Thomas Green(e):215
Samuel lived in Maiden; and in a bond signed by him and his five brothers, Nov. 13, 1724, as executors of their father's Will, is called “weaver.” It is probable, however, that his chief attention was devoted to husbandry.
He died in 1758, at the age of 90. His Will is dated June 6, 1753; proved April 24, 1758; recorded Midd. Prob. 45 : 393. He mentions son Samuel, who is executor; daughters Mary Wilson and Lydia Howard; grandsons Jacob Wilson, Samuel Wilson, Joseph Wilson, and granddaughter Susanna Wilson. To these grandchildren he gives 2s. 6d. apiece! to his granddaughter Phebe Pratt he gives 5s. Witnesses, John Green, Jonas Green, Jonathan Green. The testator was very old, and probably poor, or we may charitably suppose his legacies would have been more ample.
On 4 May 1694 Samuel married Mary Wheeler, daughter of Thomas Wheeler (ca 1647-1678) & Elizabeth Chamberlain (11 Mar 1652-).215 Born on 1 Jul 1676 in Charlestown, MA.29 Mary died in Malden, MA 24 Jan 1729/30.29
