On 3 May 1737 when Hannah was 21, she married Joseph Sweetland (38928) , son of Capt. Joseph Sweetland (5 Nov 1683-6 Sep 1749) & Mercy Babcock (19570) (15 Mar 1678/9-), in Hebron, CT.331 Born on 26 May 1711 in Milton, MA. Joseph died in Hebron, CT, on 25 Feb 1758; he was 46.

Joseph first married Hannah Phelps, second Anne Hutchinson.

    (#456) Timothy Phelps, b. Hebron, Ct., 29 June, 1718, m. Hannah Northman, 16 Sept. 1742. She died in Hebron Ct.
    Mr. Phelps settled in Hebron, Ct. He was a farmer. Late in life he removed with some of his children to Charlton, Saratoga Co., N.Y., where he died. Said to have been 109 years old, by one of his grand-children.

    (#460) Jeremiah Phelps, (twin) b. Hebron, Ct., 13 July, 1729, m. 27 May, 1789, Mehitable Holt, (daughter of Paul and Mehitable (Chandler) Holt), b. Hampton, Ct., 1 May, 1755.
    Mr. Phelps appears to have settled in Pomfret, Ct., where his children are recorded.
    Windham probate records show that Ziba H. Phelps was adm. on estate of Mrs. Mehitable Phelps, of Hampton, and that her estate inventoried $2,391.96, 1 Nov., 1819, and that he paid over the interest of Lucy Martin, and Jonah H. and John Phelps, 30 Nov., 1821.
