Sarah first married Ezekiel Hersey, second Richard Derby.

On 6 Sep 1733 when Rachel was 19, she married Ephraim Otis (28582) , son of Job Otis (12024) (20 Mar 1677-1758) & Mercy Little (23799) (26 Feb 1678-1755), in Hingham, MA.45 Born on 28 Jul 1708 in Scituate, MA.52 Ephraim died in Scituate, MA, on 14 Dec 1794; he was 86.52 Buried in Otis Cemetery, Norwell. Occupation: farmer. Marriage intention published on 17 Feb 1732 at Scituate, MA.52

Ephraim settled on the estate in Scituate, (Pleasant Street, Norwell), which has been in the possession of his descendants until 1930. This 200-acre farm was bequeathed to Ephraim by will of his father, Job. Ephraim was a successful farmer, managing his large estate with the aid of his slaves, frugally and successfully, until he had acquired a respectable competence. Ephraim and Rachel had 12 children.42

On 4 Nov 1731 when Elizabeth was 19, she married Cornelius Nye, son of John Nye (ca 1650-) & Esther Shed (ca 1650-18 Sep 1724), in Hingham, MA.45 Born ca 1697 in Sandwich, MA. Cornelius died in Hingham, MA on 25 Jul 1749.45
