    Michael Ford (shipwright), came into Scituate from Marshfield, and married Rhoda Copeland 1778. He purchased the farm of Ebenezer Stetson, a part of the original plantation of the venerable Cornet Stetson, a half mile above Cornet’s rocks on the North river.
