Levi served 11 months, 22 days in a New Hampshire regiment and afterward gave the authorities considerable trouble. He seems to have been a man of good standing in town long after the war. Nothing is known of his family, but he was believed by the late Dea. Swasey to have removed to New York state.

On 10 Jan 1801 Lucy second married Mark Sanborn. Mark died in Bath, Grafton County, New Hampshire on 26 Jul 1821.
