From John Rogers of Marshfield:236
Will d. Feb’y 22, 1817, p. Oct. 6, 1817, mentions wife Naomi Rogers; sons, Allen, Charles and Benjamin; daughters, Aggatha Hatch and Rebecca Wright; and children of son, Zaccheus, and of daughter, Mary, both deceased.
Record of administration on Naomi’s estate shows that she was sister of Submit, Jane and Joseph, children of Benjamin Hatch.
There is doubt about the date of birth of Zaccheus^4; his age as given in the record of his third marriage makes him born in 1730.
Zaccheus Rogers, of Marshfield, shipwright, conveyed (his wife Submit, joining in the deed) Dec. 22, 1767, to Timothy Rogers, yeoman, “all my real estate, both upland and meadow, that fell to me in
the division of the real estate of my late honored father, Timothy Rogers, deceased, except the Pine land.” B. LIV, p. 17.
