    The death of Mrs. Jane A. Wade occurred at her late residence on Genesee street last evening at 9 o'clock. Her death was the result of old age, she being 80 years old. She was survived by three daughters and two sons, Mr. Wm. Pinch of Watkins, Mr. Willis Wade of Elmira, Mrs. S. A. Kellogg of Rochester, Mrs. S. A. Tompkins of Rochester and Miss Frances Pinch of Geneva. Mrs. Wade had been sick about two years and unable to go out. She had been confined to the bed about four weeks. She was among the oldest residents of Geneva and had been married twice.

mentions land from Jane (Saxton) (Pinch) Wade’s estate which apparently was in the hands of her executrix, her daughter S. Frances Pinch:

    Notice of Redemption
    To the owner or owners or persons interested in the lands and real estate hereinafter described, and to all whom it may concern.
    Take notice, that the property, lands and real estate situate in the City of Geneva, N.Y., hereinafter described, was sold by the treasurere of the City of Geneva on the 15th day of October, 1903, for non payment of taxes, under and pursuant to the provisions of title 12 of chapter 360 of the laws of 1997, and the last day for the redemption of said lands in October 15th, 1905, and said lands may be redeamed as provided in said act at the office of the treasurer of the City of Geneva, to and including the 15th day of October, 1905.
    The following is a brief description of the lands so sold, viz:–
    Jane Wade, F. Pinch, executrix, house and lot, Geneva Street. Bounded on the north by lands of Jas. Trainor, east by lands of C. Wilkins, south by lands of Mrs. J. Beach, west by Geneva Street. Amount of tax $157, 58.
