The cause was posterior spinal selensry. She was born 28 September 1880 in Michigan, a housewife and was married. Her father was John H. Fay and her mother Carrie M. Abel. He was born in New York and Carrie in Michigan. Mabel was buried in Rose Hill Cemetery on 30 June 1912. Her mother was the informant.
