Ca 1642 Benjamin married Elizabeth Tenney, daughter of John Tenney (ca 1567-Oct 1644) & Ursula Mumby (-ca Apr 1642).175 Born ca 1610 in Great Limber, Lincolnshire. Elizabeth was baptized in Great Limber, Lincolnshire, on 8 Aug 1610.175 Elizabeth died in 1685.55

Elizabeth first married James Heaton, socond Benjamin Wilmot, and third WIlliam Judson as his second wife.

Ann married William Bunnell. Born ca 1600/1610 in England. William died in England aft 1654.

William R. Austin writes in his Bunnell/Bonnell Family in America, second edition,176 “Two different origins have been presented for him [William Bunnell] in twentieth century literature, but neither has been supported by any sort of evidence.” The two origins he refers to are (1) he was a farmer and tanner from Cheshire, England, and (2) he was the grandson of Thomas Bonnell, a Hugenot refugee who settled in Norwich, England.

William, of New Haven, returned to England in 1654.55

    “William Bunnell, from England, was in New Haven, Connecticut, as early as April 3, 1650. On August 6, of the same year, William Bunill and two others were ‘ordered to pay 5s a peece because ye names of each ofthem a child was not brought in within three monethes after they were borne.’ At some time before October, 1651, he went to England and returned again to New Haven, his wife and children remaining in New Haven while he was gone. In May, 1654, his wife and youngest child (Ebenezer) having died, William Bunnell returned to England.”

On 14 Oct 1658 William married Sarah Thomas (6485) , daughter of John Thomas (2513) (ca 1610-15 Dec 1671) & Tabitha (ca 1620-1 Apr 1690), in New Haven, CT.56 Born ca 1640 in New Haven, CT.55 Sarah died in New Haven, CT on 28 Dec 1711.55 Buried in City Burial Ground, New Haven.
