Probate 17 Feb. 1646 [1646/7] to Joseph Osborne brother of testator. Daughter
Rebecca (under 18), £100. Anne wife of Moses Moyseley, £5. To Jeremie Osborne
and Thomas Osborne, sons of my brother Joseph Osborne (both under 21), £5
each. To the residue of Joseph OsborneÔs children, 10s. apiece when they attain
years. To the poor of Ashford, 20s. To my cousin Constant wife of George Jarman,
10s. To son James Osborne (under 21), my lands and tenements [specified], with
remainder (if he die within age) to my cousin Jeremie, son of my brother Joseph,
except for the tenement I now dwell in in Ashford, which shall be equally divided
between my two daughters Rebecca and Sarah. To my daughter Sarah, land, twelve
acres in Willsborough [specified], which she shall have at age of 20 years, provided
that if both my daughters die within age, remainder to Joseph Osborne my brother
to be disposed of to his children as he shall think fit. My moveables to be sold for
