On 3 Dec 1730 Dorothy first married Josiah Richardson (42048) , son of Capt. James Richardson (22222) (26 Feb 1675-23 Mar 1722) & Elizabeth Arnold (17 Aug 1679-3 Nov 1744), in Lancaster, MA.589 Married by Rev. John Prentice. Born on 16 May 1706 in Woburn, MA.124 Josiah died in Lancaster, MA late 1752.279

James died near the close of 1752, if we may judge from the inventory, which is dated Jan. 29, 1753. He died intestate, and the widow Dorothy was appointed administratrix. His brothers William and Nathaniel are mentioned in the inventory; and Nathaniel in the account of administration, Nov. 6, 1755, appears as a creditor of the estate.

On 18 Nov 1762 Dorothy second married Dr. Daniel Greenleaf, son of Rev. Daniel Greenleaf (10 Feb 1678/9-26 Aug 1763) & Elizabeth Gookin (11 Nov 1681-17 Nov 1762), in Lancaster, MA.589 Married by Rev. John Mellen. Born on 7 Nov 1702 in Cambridge, MA. Daniel died in Bolton, CT, on 18 Jul 1785; he was 82. Marriage intention published on 22 Oct 1762 at Lancaster, MA.589
