On 21 Apr 1756 when Thomas was 59, he second married Ruth Parrot in Halifax, MA.435

15 Jan 1719/20 Mary married Jedediah Bourn (13279) , son of Thomas Bourne (4532) (22 Oct 1647-) & Elizabeth Rouse (7986) (ca 1656-7 Apr 1701), in Marshfield, MA. Born on 29 Dec 1692 in Marshfield, MA.60 Jedediah died in Marshfield, MA, on 18 Oct 1765; he was 72. Buried in Winslow Cemetery, Marshfield.

Jedediah first marred Mary Croade, second Sarah (Foster) (Bartlett) Thomas, widow of William Barlett and Nathan Thomas.

On 18 Nov 1755 Jedediah Bourn of Marshfield was appointed guardian of Mary Kent, a minor daughter and John and Joseph two minor sons of Benjamin Kent, late of Boston in the County of Suffolk, mariner, deceased.519

5 Feb 1718/9 Ruth married Ignatius Cushing (20980) , son of Rev. Jeremiah Cushing (10027) (3 Jul 1654-22 Mar 1705/6) & Hannah Loring (7768) (9 Aug 1664-30 May 1710), in Plymouth, MA.63 Born on 22 Sep 1689 in Scituate, MA.52 Ignatius died in Halifax, MA, on 2 Feb 1767; he was 77.

    There is a deed of sale of a house in Plymouth which Ignatius had just built in 1720. He then removed to Plympton, where he lived for a number of years. When Halifax, MA, was incorporated in 1734, Ignatius Cushing was the first Town Clerk. He is mentioned in his brother Ezekiel’s will as having at one time lived on Long Island, Portland Harbor, ME. He left no will and his widow Ruth was given administration, 2 Feb., 1767.
