Killian married Charity Wagner, daughter of Johancrist Wagner (-ca 1796) & Gertraut. Born on 30 May 1750. Charity died on 17 Dec 1817; she was 67. Buried in North Copake Cemetery, Craryville.

Born Johannes Schmidt, called later in life John Smith. His wife has been mentioned as Geertje Williams, also as Anna Bartel, but they married other John Smiths.

John Smith’s farm, called the “Christie” farm, adjoined his father’s farm which his brother Killian Smith continued to occupy.

According to the legal papers concerning Mary’s deceased brother, Cornelius Van Tassel, John and Mary Smith were living in Mount Pleasant in January 1790. The following census record could be for this John Smith, but there are no children listed, so it’s probably for some other John Smith.

Polly died aft 1809.

Ca 1770 Margaretha first married Bastian Benn, son of Pieter Benn (17 Mar 1726-aft Jul 1785) & Johanna Lescher (ca 1728-aft Jul 1785). Born ca 1750. Bastian was baptized in Livingston, Columbia County, New York, on 19 Jan 1750. Bastian died in 1780.
