Obituary - 5 December 1996 - Grand Rapids Press LEISGANG -- Mr. George J. Leisgang, aged 71, of Grand Rapids, a veteran of the U. S. Army, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 1996. Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Annette; two children, George John “Bud” (fiancee’ Tammy) Leisgang, Julie Leisgang; eight grandchildren. He was a retiree of Lear Siegler with 41 years of service. Funeral and Committal Services will be conducted Friday at 1p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Newaygo Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Thursday 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arsulowicz Brothers Mortuary, West, 585 Stocking Ave. Memorial contributions are suggested to Visiting Nurse Services.
