Harriet L. Vangeison died 2 February 1901 of La Grippe. She was 68 years, two months and 28 days old at death. She was born in New York on 4 November 1832. A widow, Harriet had had ten children and nine were still living. She was first married when she was 18. A housekeeper, her father was a Joshua Rathbun, born in Vermont, and Penelpe Cutler, born in Rhode Island. H. Herrick was the informant. Harriet was buried in Olivet Cemetery 4 February 1901.
