Benjamin received several grants of land in Duxbury but was a resident of Scituate as late as 1683. After the death of his brother Samuel, on 20 Jan 1683 Benjamin sold for £10 to Edward Wanton “all that my sixty acres of land...within the Township of duxborough between the old plath called the massachusets path and the great Cedar swamp...as it was laid out & bounded by Sam’ll Nash and phillip dellano,” by order of teh town of Cuxbury, “afer it was granted to samuel Chandler now deceased.”126

John and Rachel left 15 children, principally in Hanover.53
John Dwelly and wife were charged with fornication 26 Oct 1686. Plymouth Court Records, 1:189.361 There is no marriage record for John Dwelley before his marriage to Rachel Buck in 1692/3, but Mary Glass, daughter of Roger Glass, had married a Mr Dwelley by the time her father wrote his will in 1690. It is likely she was John’s first wife, and Rachel Buck his second wife.

James married Elizabeth Southworth of Middleborough 1712, and Rachel Dwelley 1727; he removed to Middleboro. He had one son, Robert born in Scituate 1715.53
